1. INTRODUCTION

The foundation and most common source of income earned through the internet is via PTC. The full form of PTC is ‘Paid To Click’. This is a form of cheap advertising to direct large volumes of traffic to a particular website or page. This page is usually aimed to promote a certain product, make the viewer register to a particular site, or buy something. There are a myriad of reasons why an advertiser would want you to come to their page.

The incentive for you? You earn money to visit their page, i.e. you are paid to click onto their website. Simple? Yes. Indeed, this requires very little effort. In fact, all you need is a computer with an internet connection.Nothing else.

But, sadly, there is NO such thing as a get rich quick scheme, especially, on the internet. If you do stumble across something like that, then the first word that should race across your mind is ‘SCAM’. There are a few strings attached to these PTC sites.

The Strings:

1) Each PTC site limits you to view a certain number of ads per day, which usually range from 16 to 28.

2) The pay rate per ad is horrible, with the most common rate being $0.001. That’s one tenth (1/10) of a penny. But then again, how much can you really expect for just clicking a button?

The silver lining to this is that you can still earn a good amount money through their rented & direct referral program. Well, that is the only in which you can really earn money through a PTC. More specifically, the real money is in your rented referrals.
